Emotional Coaching Team

Meenakshi Krishna

I have my certification in life coaching, NLP, and meditation teaching. I specialize in grief, dating, and relationship coaching.

Many of you will work with me in the role of your accountability coach! Having been through my own emotional journey, we operate off of the belief that your goals are our goals. We will do our very best to give you all the support we can offer, and we are so excited to have you on board.

My Mantra is a family of motivated, dedicated, and diligent individuals who will walk by your side to help you achieve your goals. I am proud to introduce our team to you below and honored to work as part of such a motivated cohort of individuals.

Siddhika VLpathi

I have completed My Mantra's training in emotional coaching and have an extensive background studying human psychology. I follow a humanistic approach. I’m open to experiments and creative expression during the session.

The principles I follow permit me to establish genuine connect, by focusing on h! moment to moment awareness. I also believe in holding space for duality and differences in the session that allows a person to gently acquire various parts of awareness that come up during the session. I try to inculcate political awareness around the position of the individual in society. I also strongly identify as a feminist. I'd be happy to offer support and hold your experiences tenderly and walk with you through this journey of emotional growth.
